Chris Bain, harp technician, founded CB Artistry in 2006 but has been servicing the harp community for nearly 10 years. For those of you who are not familiar with him, Chris is a veteran, independent harp technician who travels the world providing top quality service to harpists of all levels. Chris's qualifications well exceed what is needed to perform harp regulation, and one of the most frequent comments he receives is how detail-oriented his work is.

 

Chris recently received this e-mail response from Sidney in Michigan after working on her pedal harp:

 

"My harp--just blow me away intonation! It never sounded so good. Truly, I'm now certain it had intonation problems from purchase. I had before just assumed I couldn't get it tuned well enough.
